A diamond processing unit built to the standard of a corporate headquarters. Our first USGBC LEED Gold certified building.
Corporate Office
Surat, India - 1,44,800 sq. ft.
The building has a total of 8 floors - 6 floors of factory space and the top 2 floors for executive offices. A rooftop, landscaped garden and courtyard help keep the building cool, light and airy.

The design evokes a feeling of being in an international city with its modern building aesthetics. Moreover, the elevation maximizes natural light entry and facilitates air movement within the interiors. His primary focus was on ensuring human safety in the building, which is highly commendable. EVOQ
Hitenbhai was challenged to design a building that would connect to the existing office building while maintaining the same external aesthetics. He accomplished an engineering marvel by erecting a connecting bridge between the old and new structures, ensuring all elements were in sync. The entire project was completed according to the planned schedule, and the interior aesthetics were seamlessly matched with the main building. As a recognition of its excellence, the project received the ICEA 2013-14 Award for the Best Multi-Dwelling Commercial Individual Unit.
