The exterior elevation has been designed in line with the current trends of a commercial space located on the prominent Ghod Dod Road in Surat. The design evokes a feeling of being in an international city with its modern building aesthetics. Moreover, the elevation maximizes natural light entry and facilitates air movement within the interiors. His primary focus was on ensuring human safety in the building, which is highly commendable. I express my gratitude to Hiten Patel from Mindscape Design for delivering a space that not only looks appealing but also ensures cost savings.

We have been collaborating with Hiten Patel from Mindscape Design for several years now. He is well-versed in the necessary parameters for designing our offices, such as optimal material usage, space-saving designs, and multifunctional areas. He has also designed our international offices in Botswana and Namibia (South Africa). Recently, he has designed our offices for the third time (The Extention Floor).

I express my gratitude to Hitenbhai for the stunning building design, which not only fulfills all the necessary functionalities of a corporate office but also prioritizes the safety of all our employees. The emergency exit staircase seamlessly blends with the overall building geometry, without giving the impression of being an additional unit incorporated later on.

Hitenbhai was challenged to design a building that would connect to the exisitng office building while maintaining the same external aesthetics. He accomplished an engineering marvel by erecting a connecting bridge between the old and new structures, ensuring all elements were in sync. The entire project was completed according to the planned schedule, and the interior aesthetics were seamlessly matched with the main building. As a recognition of its excellence, the project received the ICEA 2013-14 Award for the Best Multi-Dwelling Commercial Individual Unit.

Our Old design lacked energy and failed to appeal to our clients. This has a negative impact on their mood during a presentation and affected their purchasing decisions. Even we, ourselves, didn't feel comfortable spending much time in our own office. However, Hitenbhai's vibrant design not only energized the environment but also lifted the mood of our clients, which resulted in increased sales in the following days. Now, the entire office is filled with positive vibes. We are grateful to Hitenbhai for this transformation.
